WHERE DO WE SHIP?
In theory we can and do ship books anywhere in the world. However, you may find it cheaper and easier to source our books from a local supplier rather than get them from us in Canada. In addition to the major online book retailers, you can order our books online from the following suppliers:

WHAT KIND OF DISCOUNT IS AVAILABLE?
If you order directly from us, teachers and bridge clubs can get discounts as follows:
- 10+ assorted products (books, software, cards, etc.): 25%
- 30+ assorted products (books, software, cards, etc.): 40%

WHAT DOES IT COST?
It depends somewhat where you are located and what you order. Customers in the U.S. should budget about an extra 15% for shipping charges. If you wish, we can tell you the exact amount of the shipping cost when you place your order.

HOW DO WE SHIP?
We ship via FedEx, so we have assured delivery to most U.S. destinations in 3-5 business days.

WHEN DO WE SHIP?
In order to minimize customs charges, we ship to the U.S. once per week, on Fridays. Any order received by noon on Tuesday will be shipped on Friday of the same week.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
The best way is by email, to info {at} masterpointpress.com. You can also fax us at 416-781-1831 or call 416-781-0351 during office hours. We acknowledge all email orders - if you do not get a confirmation, we did not get your order!

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED?
We need the following information, in addition to details of the products you want to order:
- Name and shipping address (please note that FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box).
- Credit card information (Visa or MasterCard number and expiry date). You may supply this by phone or fax, or in two separate emails if you prefer.
- For U.S. shipments, your SSN or Federal Tax ID number. This is a U.S. Customs requirement for border clearance; the number will not appear on the outside of your shipment, simply on our Customs documentation.
